Job Title: Shipping & Receiving / Grade Entry Forklift Operator
Shift/Hours/Days: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-1:30am

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to ship and receive goods, transporting materials to their assigned locations.
- Perform Grade Entry by supplying tobacco to production lines to begin the processing operation.
- Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Work safely in active traffic areas while maintaining awareness of surrounding equipment and personnel.
- Utilize computers, scanners, and digital inventory systems to accurately track inventory and material movement.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Work in a dusty manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Strong computer skills and experience using digital inventory tracking systems.
- Good math, communication, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Ability to work safely in a busy traffic area and a dusty manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
