Title: Production Supervisor (Night Shift) – 2 Openings
Location: Reidsville, NC
Reports To: Shift/Plant Manager
Purpose: Oversee night shift operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency during off-hours. Maintain smooth production flow, troubleshoot issues, and lead a team to meet manufacturing targets.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and support night shift team; conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-shift reports
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain clean, hazard-free environment.
Monitor output against KPIs; ensure adherence to SOPs and batch documentation.
Resolve equipment or process issues promptly; coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams.
Mentor night shift staff; ensure proper onboarding and skill development.
Provide clear handoff reports to day shift supervisors for continuity.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
3+ years in production or manufacturing; 2+ years in supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during off-hours and make critical decisions.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–80 lbs.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: Night shift (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-hour rotation).
Pay: $75,00/year
