Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards
Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and calibrating equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Accurately complete production logs and documentation
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production environments
