The ideal candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large-diameter machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembly and Disassembly:

    • Perform assembly and disassembly of large-diameter machinery efficiently and accurately.
  • Preventive Maintenance:

    • Conduct full preventive maintenance duties to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
  • Needle and Actuator Maintenance:

    • Change needles and jack actuators as required to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Fabric Handling:

    • Load and unload fabrics accurately to maintain production flow.
  • System Repairs:

    • Perform oil and air system control repairs to ensure operational consistency.
  • Style and Cam Adjustments:

    • Execute style and cam changes to meet production specifications.
  • Feeder and Carrier Adjustments:

    • Adjust feeders and carriers for precise and seamless operation.
  • Troubleshooting:

    • Identify and fix issues such as:
      • Drops, holes, and missed selections.
      • Broken needles and butts.
      • Issues with inlay knitting, fabric load-up, and fabric fall.
