The ideal candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large-diameter machinery. Key responsibilities include:
Assembly and Disassembly:
- Perform assembly and disassembly of large-diameter machinery efficiently and accurately.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct full preventive maintenance duties to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
Needle and Actuator Maintenance:
- Change needles and jack actuators as required to maintain equipment functionality.
Fabric Handling:
- Load and unload fabrics accurately to maintain production flow.
System Repairs:
- Perform oil and air system control repairs to ensure operational consistency.
Style and Cam Adjustments:
- Execute style and cam changes to meet production specifications.
Feeder and Carrier Adjustments:
- Adjust feeders and carriers for precise and seamless operation.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and fix issues such as:
- Drops, holes, and missed selections.
- Broken needles and butts.
- Issues with inlay knitting, fabric load-up, and fabric fall.
